共话跨境法律服务新机遇——伊朗律师与法大大代表团莅临广东执一律师事务所

会谈伊始，伊朗律师代表Shayan Jafari介绍了当前中伊经贸往来的现状与法律服务痛点。他指出，尽管两国企业贸易往来日益频繁，但双方普遍面临“找不到对方法律资源”的困境：伊朗企业不了解中国律师，中国企业在伊朗也难以及时获得本地法律支持。为此，他提议由中方律所与伊朗律师联合发起线上研讨会，聚焦两国企业常见的法律问题，搭建双向法律服务对接桥梁。

On the afternoon of August 7, 2026, Guangdong Zhiyi Law Firm welcomed a group of distinguished guests from afar – representatives of Iranian lawyers Shayan Jafari, a leading cross-border legal service platform in China. The two sides held in-depth discussions on China-Iran cross-border legal service cooperation, AI-empowered legal compliance, and new-media client acquisition, jointly exploring innovative cooperation models for the legal industry in the context of the Belt and Road Initiative.
I. Focusing on China-Iran Legal Service Connection for a New Chapter of Cooperation
At the outset, the Iranian lawyer representative Shayan Jafari presented an overview of current China-Iran economic and trade exchanges and the pain points in legal services. He pointed out that although trade between enterprises of the two countries is increasingly frequent, both sides generally face a dilemma: neither can easily find legal resources in the other’s market. Iranian companies are unfamiliar with Chinese lawyers, while Chinese enterprises operating in Iran also find it difficult to obtain local legal support. He proposed that Chinese law firms and Iranian lawyers jointly launch online seminars focusing on typical legal issues encountered by businesses from both sides, building a bridge for mutual legal service connection.
Lawyer Liu Wuran of Guangdong Zhiyi Law Firm strongly endorsed the proposal and clearly expressed willingness to take the lead in promoting such cooperation. Zhiyi will leverage its extensive experience in foreign-related legal services and collaborate with Iranian lawyers to plan a series of online seminars, helping enterprises from both countries achieve compliant operations and risk prevention.
二、AI赋能跨境合规，科技驱动服务升级
随后，法大大代表团展示了其打造的“跨境合规AI平台”。该平台以“一半问题AI解决，一半问题律师解决”为核心理念，集成“查法律”“问AI”“找律师”三大功能模块，支持用户按国家查询法条和判例、获取结构化中文法律分析，并直接对接全球律师资源。平台特别针对中国品牌出海面临的TRO禁令、海外打假等知识产权痛点，构建起“中国律所总包+境外律师执行”的跨境服务链条。
万艳律师对平台在AI技术应用与垂直领域的深度布局表示赞赏，并现场引荐执一所知识产权团队负责人邵楠律师与法大大对接。后续双方将就海外维权业务展开具体合作探讨。
II. AI Empowering Cross-Border Compliance, Technology Driving Service Upgrades
The Fadada delegation then presented its “Cross-Border Compliance AI Platform.” With the core philosophy of “half of the problems solved by AI, half by lawyers,” the platform integrates three key function modules: “Search Laws,” “Ask AI,” and “Find a Lawyer.” It enables users to search statutes and case law by country, obtain structured Chinese-language legal analysis, and directly connect with lawyers worldwide. Specifically targeting pain points in intellectual property faced by Chinese brands going global – such as TRO injunctions and overseas anti-counterfeiting – the platform has already built a cross-border service chain featuring “Chinese law firm as general contractor + overseas lawyers as executors.”
Lawyer Wan Yan expressed appreciation for the platform’s application of AI technology and its in-depth vertical focus. She immediately introduced Lawyer Shao Nan, head of Zhiyi’s intellectual property team, to Fadada. The two parties will further discuss concrete cooperation on overseas rights protection services.
三、新媒体运营破局，共探律所获客新路径
面对律所普遍存在的获客难题，双方还就新媒体运营策略交换了意见。执一所分享了其在小红书等平台的早期运营经验，坦言目前法律类账号面临一定限流挑战，正积极转向与垂直领域达人合作的精准引流模式。法大大则介绍了其通过SEO优化、海外社交媒体推广及线下沙龙为入驻律师导流的实践。双方一致认为，“内容化+科技化”是律所未来获客的关键方向。
III. New Media Operations Breaking New Ground, Exploring New Paths for Client Acquisition
Addressing the common challenge of client acquisition faced by law firms, the two sides also exchanged views on new-media operation strategies. Zhiyi shared its early-stage experience on platforms such as Xiaohongshu, candidly acknowledging the current traffic-limiting challenges for legal content accounts and its active shift toward a precise referral model through cooperation with vertical-sector influencers. Fadada introduced its practices of directing client traffic to platform lawyers through SEO optimization, overseas social media promotion, and offline salons. Both sides agreed that a “content-driven plus technology-empowered” approach is the key direction for future client acquisition by law firms.
四、深化合作共识，共赴前海之约
会谈最后，法大大诚挚邀请执一所参加将于下周五在前海举办的线下跨境法律交流活动。双方约定，将就中伊线上研讨会筹备、平台入驻及新媒体运营等事宜保持密切沟通。

The two sides agreed to maintain close communication on matters including the preparation of China-Iran online seminars, platform onboarding, and new-media operations.
